in the main window, if you want to see some details about the download you can double click on the line. The triangle most left on the line looks like one of those that you single click to open. I clicked it 3 times before I realized that I should try to double click.

The Details will get expanded when you activate the item, which means, it's configurable, on Windows it should be for example double-click per default and on the default KDE-Settings single-click...
