Version:           1.0.2 (using 4.0.5 (KDE 4.0.5), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-16-generic

when opening kate dolphin does not work, when close it functionality back, but error message appears

KDEInit cannot run /usr/lib/kde4/bin/kate
