pager accepts app drops

Open KMenu -> grap and d&d KMail to pager. Drop will be accepted (telling from icon) but in practice ignored (telling from behaviour).

Show the proper (drop disallowed) icon when dragging.

Thomas: i can't see the diff on review board: perhaps there was a typo in the base directory when you submitted the patch (i know, that part of review board sucks :P)
