web page scrollbars get crazy (turning on/off)

Go to
hatak.pl

take a look at ss

now, get the cursor down (to the status bar), and up, after a while you will notice that horizontal scrollbar kicks in.

Confirmed, it happen when the mouse is over the links and the "popup" appear.

I can't reproduce the bug using Konqueror 4.2.96 / qt 4.5.2, the web site still looks like the video and screenshot.
