Version:            (using Devel)
Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc 4.2.3 
OS:                Linux

I try from console Fifa 08 
emulated with wine(must start
with fullscreen 1024x768)
under kde3 is all ok,under
kde4 the resolution is not fullscreen
but is "chained" to the desktop.
I think is a bug of kde4 and not wine
because under kde3 is perfect.

I think is not a kde problem
another wine game start ok 
in fullscreen.
