Version:           3.5.9 (using 3.5.9, Kubuntu (hardy) 4:3.5.9-0ubuntu7.1)
Compiler:          Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.24-18-generic

How to get more than 24 hours a day to show up in Korganizer.

This is similar to bugs
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62387
and
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54625
but they are marked as fixed and resolved, or duplicate.
I think this maybe the same bug as those, and that maybe the bug fix wasn't complete.

If you have a large KOrganizer window and change the Hour size* from a large number to a small number (like 4) click apply, and then reduce KOrganizer's size the number of hours per day will increase, you must scroll down to see them though.

*KOrganizer->Settings->Configure KOrganizer->Views->Agenda View->Hour size

And I'm guessing the enlarging is the reason that scroll bars appear. It maybe that it is sometimes enlarging too much when it enlarges the too small hour size. I'd like to view the whole day at once, without scrolling, so I set the hour size small. But this enlarging process enlarges too much so the scroll bar is there. Since it enlarges if the Hour size is too small, Hour size size should be called minimum hour size, and Hour size isn't what it says it is, it seams to be unit size. If I set it to 7, if it were an hour size, it would be 7*24*pixel high=168*pixels instead it is 4 times that=672*pixels. It appears to be using the calendar unit of 15 minutes.(15*4=60).
See my idea for changing that (to 5 minutes, or custom):

I can reproduce this bug in svn trunk r865619. To see it, follow the steps in the original report and then un-maximize the window.

I can't reproduce this with KDE4.2, can anyone retry with KDE >= 4.2 ?

Korganizer 4.2.2. Tried and worked fine from within Kontact.

OK, it's fine for me too. Reopen if you see this again.

Tried the same steps** with KOrganizer 4.4.10, it cycles 0..24 0..24 for the same day with grey text in side timeline after the first 0..24 in black text. This is Instead of just increasing 0..24..whatever all in black(what I think happened before), which is definitely an improvement, but this bug is technically still there, but even less of a problem than it was.

**modified quote (more descriptive):
If you have a large KOrganizer window open and change the Hour size* from a large number (like 30) click apply, to a small number (like 4) click apply, and then reduce KOrganizer's window size, the number of hours per day will increase, although you must scroll down to see them.
