in locked mode plasmoid should not be able to be moved

Maybe it should be posted in general to plasma.

Anyway, this is wrong -- in unlocked mode true, you can do whatever you want with plasmoids, but in locked mode (word: "locked") the position, size, etc. all those elements should be fixed. Otherwise the desktop would become too interactive and with every click user should be very careful not to break something.

Actually in trunk when you enable the "locked mode" it is not possible to move/resize/rotate widgets.

as finex notes, this is exactly what happens. widgets themselves can still resize, but the user can not cause this to happen.

Finex, ad.2 -- when did it go to trunk?

I use KDE4Daily so if it is not extremely new I can move comic plasmoid without any problem (in locked mode).
So it is a bug then but I don't know if it is plasma bug or comic plasmoid bug.

It is a bug of the comic strip. It is possible to move it.

Great, I've just updated to revision 821176. Not I cannot move the widget if plasma is locked.

@Maciej: wait for the next kde4daily :-)
