let the widgets be bigger than panel

Warning :-) Coolness department.

Well, not only cool effect, but also useful -- what if on horizontal panel widget height be bigger than panel, and on vertical its width?

Possible use cases:
a) user could use small panel and big analog clock in the corner (I love it!)
b) user could use and read without a problem comic strips in small panels
c) the taskbar could be dynamic height, bigger than panel
and so on

Hello!

This feature request was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this feature request is already implemented in Plasma 5, or is no longer applicable.
