Version:           1.0.99 (using 4.00.82 (KDE 4.0.82 >= 20080610), Gentoo)
Compiler:          x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.25-gentoo-r3

The common behaviour to select invididual files in dolphin (and konqueror) with CTRL has gone!
SHIFT works fine for selecting consecutive files.

Could you exactly tell us the steps to reproduce the bug?
Probably you've find bug #154028.

I don't know. The bug is permanent.
I occasionally update to svn almost weekly, and after some update , I cannot use the CTRL for selecting files.
