when ever i am on the intranet it automatically shuts down and sends this message that says unknown kde crash handler signal 11 sigsegv.

What is the application that crashes (it is written in the crash dialog)?
Can you eventually provide a backtrace for it (you can find in the second tab of the crash dialog)?
