(Technically it is not a regression, given that systemsettings never had menus.) Regression from user experience point of course (and I had to come up with four words :-) ). Which items in particular are you missing? They can be re-added if truly needed. ( About has already been readded ) I personally does not miss a thing, but it is KDE application so it should be uniform with KDE look&feel. What's this, handbook, report a bug, quit. Just take a look at KControl and any KDE app (and/or HIG). The standard KDE "Help" menu (as a tool button) is now in systemsettings, which has all items you requested, minus the "Quit" action (which doesn't belong into the help menu).
