I am using KDE 4.1 Beta 1 shipped with kubuntu. Try the following:

1. Add Widgets
2. Scroll to the middle of the list
3. Enter a search phrase which results in an empty list
4. Clear the search phrase

Result: All items are back but not rendered correctly. You just can see the bookmark star on the left side.

If you resize the dialog, all the items are drawn correctly again.

The bug is still present in KDE 4.1 Beta 2 (shipped with kubuntu). The described effect also appears when first select an item and then enter a search phrase.

Fixed by ereslibre in r844943 (trunk) and r844945 (4.1 branch).

Rendering issues not fixed for me on 4.1.1, please reopen.

Platform:
kubuntu hardy i386 with NVIDIA Geoforce 2 MX/MX400 and latest NVIDIA Drivers.
KDE codebase:
kubuntu kde 4.1.1 packages.

Open the add widget window.  Scroll down. Scroll up to top.
Rendering is incorrect with repeated items and missing items.
