Version:           4.1 beta2 (using 4.00.81 (KDE 4.0.81 >= 20080527), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-16-generic

When I change select module icon, then toolbar changed, and module icon change too.

I can't reproduce this bug on KDE svn trunk r865619.

closing since we are unable to reproduce in recent code.
