The default font size (go to Control Center -> Appearance -> Fonts) seems to be 8 in KDE4 (as of 4.1 Beta 1). This is rather small AND I'm quite sure it was 10 in KDE3. So unless there's a really good reason, it should be set back to 10.

The default font size in KDE 4.0.82 was changed to 9 for most fonts. While it's not 10 as in KDE3, it's OK for me and I'm closing this bug.
