Version: (using KDE 4.0.4) Installed from: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux If the KDE Panel is sitting along the lower part of the display ("southern"), a "note" can be dragged completely behind it, making it invisible and inaccessible. This is not possible with a "western" KDE Panel for example. Clearly an "interaction bug"
