Fixed with SVN commits 815439 and 815440.

Fix crash when socket emits RemoteHostClosedError error during disconnection in ClientStream destructor. 
I can't test it because it not reproducible, but hopefully this will fix it.

i have added some user and granted him authorization, but i think he hasnt granted it to me. i leaved the cause for the auth empty.

Now it isnt reproducable for me, too. Maybe it was a other cause, i dont know sorry.
