hi, when i go to settings to configure kopete, in the behave of messages, i choose the first one, to messages open instantly, he always close the program and says it is a bug.(he opens backtraces).

Can you include the backtrace here as well? See also http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports

If you're using a localized version of Kopete and the drop down box in "Interface Preference" in Behaviour -> Tabs is empty, then it's probably a duplicate of bug 162484.
