Description András Manţia 2008-06-01 10:37:27 UTC
Version: (using Devel)

In KDE3 it was possible to turn off all sounds/notifications with a single button. Now you have to go through each and one to turn off (and you cannot even click on the sound icon to turn them off, so you have to constantly move the mouse between the entry and the Play a sound checkbox, or use the Alt-S shortcut).

Agreed. This is still an issue in 4.2 trunk.
For e.g. kopete by default has lots of popup enabled notifications for every small event.
I find this rather annoying, but kde itself doesn't offer me an easy way to remedy this.
I need to click every event, move the mouse, disable desired event, move the mouse to next entry, etc.

It would be great if you could just click on state icon for e.g. like it was possible in kde3, or
enable / disable all or multi-selected events by one click.
