When i load my collection as a playlist and set Amarok random mode to track it take 10 sec between each song for amarok to play the next song. It is practically impossible to skip songs. When i turn off the random mode and just click on tracks they play right away. 

I don't have any plugins. This wasn't the case with Amarok month ago. Some recent update caused this.

We did not make any changes recently that would affect the performance. The Amarok 1 codebase has been frozen for a while.

At any rate, we do not recommend to load your whole collection into one playlist. Amarok was never designed for that, and performance issues are to be expected.
