I don't have the crypto plugin installed. When a Jabber contact sends me an encrypted message, I don't even get notified about it. It simply doesn't show.

confirmed on svn-trunk r829217 (~4.1-beta2)

Fixed in trunk at least. Might also be fixed in the 4.2.x.
