This was working yesterday so I can only imaging that a file has corrupt, will look into this later.

This is on Archlinux with KDEMOD

Removing MSN account and adding it again resolved this problem for now. Will continue to try it for a few days.

Daniel: if it is working please close as WORKSFORME and reopen ti only if you'll have this problem again.

I suggest you to close it now and not to let it open because if in the future all will be ok, probably you could forget to close it :-) :-) :-) :-)
