When visiting the pages with svg samples 
http://www.carto.net/papers/svg/samples/

they work as expected in opera and firefox, but in konqueror they show strange behaviour:

in the sample
http://www.carto.net/papers/svg/samples/canvas.shtml

the svg does not shows the relief, and the four check buttons does not have effect
in the svg rendering.

There hasn't been any activity on this issue for some time. Please check if this issue is still valid for Konqueror 4.8.4 or later.

Unfortunately, the bug is still valid with 4.9 beta 2 (HEAD).

They work as expected in konqueror 5.0.97 and falkon 3.0.99
