Confirmed that "No audio output" is not kept. Should "No audio output" kill all KDE notifications including kwin windows sounds? I would have to say so... remember we are in the "Notifications" module, so it makes sense that "No audio" in player settings means just that: no audio for any kde notifications. I would also like an option to be able to "disable all sound" in the applications section (e.g. disable all kwin sounds, disable all phonon sounds, etc), but I guess this is outside the scope of this bug!
