Version:            (using KDE 3.5.9)

Run composer, turn "reply to" field (menu view), on the right you will see button with "..." label. Move mouse over it -- nothing, no tooltip. Click on it -- nothing.

Button without label really, without meaning, non-working. Since it only takes space, please remove it.

Confirmed, the button is useless.

(in KDE4 it has been removed ^_^ )

Yes, of course, after all KDE4 is next version of KDE.
