Incorrect enciphering and decoding in entering and proceeding messages. Sometimes the message is displayed in the ciphered kind.

This bug does not contain any information we can use to fix whatever problem you are having.  Could you please provide more details of your situation and how to reproduce the problem?

the cryptography plugin also received a major overhaul for KDE 4.0. Please reproduce with that version and provide more information. Once that happens, we can devote more time to fixing your bug.
