While contact photos work relatively well in the kde3.5x branch in the kde4 version they don`t work with the yahoo protocol.

I confirm, buddy icons don't work with the Yahoo protocol. Tested with Kopete 0.50.80 (Using KDE 4.00.83) on Kubuntu 8.04.

(Note: During today's Bug Day, mcirsta reported that many many things don't work when using the Yahoo protocol. It may need some heavy work.)

  I can also confirm this ,contact photos don't work with the official Yahoo client version 9.x and Kopete 20080705+svn828272.
