Version:           4.00.68 (KDE 4.0.68 >= 20080402) (using 4.00.68 (KDE 4.0.68 >= 20080402), Debian packages)

When i specifiy proxy settings, for http and https, konqueror will not use them, even after a logout/login. The settings remain there, however konqueror seems to want to connect directly to the internet, attempting to bypass the proxy server.
