inline renaming should leave out of the selection the extension of file, as konqueror 3.5 inline renaming.
It was one of my favourite features.

I was reporting a WISH against this issue, but (fortunatly) bugzilla is smart enough to point me to this WISH :-)

Only select the filename when renaming items inline.

TODO: Currently the code for getting the extension string has been copied from Dolphin. We should discuss whether (and how) we make this interface public for KDE 4.2.
