Testcase : 

- Add the Kget plasmoid to desktop,
- Drag another plasmoid from the selection box to desktop
=> The Kget plasmoid has moved from its initial position.

- If the kget widget is at the upper side of the screen, it will move horizontally (left->right)
- Otherwise, it will move vertically (top -> bottom)

Notes :

- locking/unlocking widgets will have the same effect.
- The "3D Earth Model" widget has no effect on the kget one.
