Description Tim McCormack 2008-04-07 03:25:23 UTC
Version:           3.0.2 (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

If an image is modified by a plugin, the checksum should be recalculated.

Reproduce:
* Rotate an image using the appropriate plugin
* Save and exit
* Move or rename the image
* Open KPA

Observed behavior:
* KPA lists the old image location as "missing/not on disk" (but with metadata), and shows the new location but does not have metadata. In short, KPA has failed to track the image.

Expected behavior:
* KPA should recognize the image by checksum even though it has moved.

This can be fixed by recomputing the checksum after in-program image modification.
