A rectangle appears above the icons in the notification area (bottom right) when the panel is large.

Panel drawn incorrectly.

The panel above the notification area icons is drawn incorrectly and leaves a
rectangle above the icons.  Also notice the overlap of minimized windows on the
panel to the left.

i can't reproduce this with trunk .. anyone else?

Are you sure that your panel is set to the largest size while trying this?  It only happens when this is true.

I tested this with small, normal and large sizes (yes, large is the same height as the one from your screenshot).

yes, i tried with largest. i just think this bug was fixed by improvements we made to the positioning code in the 4.1 branch.
