showfoto cannot display raw files from the Nikon D3 camera.  It only displays a shower of colored spots.

Nikon D3 is supported by last libkdcraw shared lib used by showfoto to handle RAW files. Please update last stable libkdcraw (released recently) and try again.

Thankyou, that solves my problems.  I believe that the new libkdcraw2 is much faster than the libkdcraw1 was.
