I need to go to $HOME/.kde/Autostart to add new programs that I want they begin when initiating the system.

Can you make a button to add new programs in "Service Manager" module?

In KDE4.1/KDE4.2 you have an "Autostart" module in the Advanced tab of System Settings where you can setup autostart applications and scripts. Do you think this fulfill your wish ?

Yes, it is. This bug was solved in KDE 4.1.
