icons in kickoff (Fav, Apps, Comp, Leave) have different sizes vertically - they should be scaled to have the same hight.

this is an artwork issue: the icons are the same pixmap size, but they don't all take up the whole pixmap, causing a perceived difference in icon size that doesn't exist at all in the code.
