Kmix always crashes at autostart during boot up. It never crashes when manually started or when autostarted after logging out of X and logging in again. Running PCLinuxOS 2007 which has been updated several times but just recently started using kernel 2.6.22.17.tex2 and the crashes now happen at every boot up whereas using kernel 2.6.18.8.tex6 the crashes were intermittent (hardly ever). Harware is a standard HP Pavilion s7545a Slimline PC.
