When i try to pickup color, color picker is returning bad (i think randomized) color values. If i take color from same place three times, colorpicker return three times different colors.

Which color picker are you referring to? The one in a standard color dialog, or the Plasma applet?

Do you still have the problem with more recent KDE versions?
Are you using Xgl?

SVN commit 820930 by aseigo:

port Pino Toscano's patch to the colour picker plasmoid to the colour picker dialog in libkdeui: this fixes colour selection when there are argb visuals in use.
