Version: 4.0.2 (using KDE 4.0.2) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux The proxy settings in Konqueror 4.0.2 are not honored properly. When adding a new proxy ('same proxy for all protocols'), the change does not get picked up. The issue is not DNS related as I have tried using the IP adress instead of a fqdn. Tested with both persistent and non-persistent connections to proxy. Also tried logging out and back in again. The problem occurs with all protocols (not just https as previously reported) I've done the same changes to Firefox 3.0 and they work as they should (just to rule out any connection problem).
