hi bogdan,

could you please try to
1. Update your kdelibs+kdebase packages since reports like bug #158820 and bug #158958 did report the same issue but theygot it solved but just updating again. If that helps, please close the report else
2. Please install the debug-packages, so kdebase-dbg rather then kdebase, and provide a useful backtrace what allows us to fix the bug.

I updated again the whole package and I deleted my .kde4 directory. The problem is fixed now. i don't know which action fixed it, but I assume that the last build has fixed the problem.

The problem appeared on 64 bits, but not on 32. Closing the bug.
