If there is a contact associated with a ToDo item, and that item is checked off (or edited) then a popup dialog appears asking if the person should be notified. An option to disable this popup is necessary, as it makes working with the ToDo component very frustrating.

You can disable groupware communication though, or do you want an option to disable only for to-dos, but enable for events ?
