Version: (using KDE 3.5.9)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

When the diff view has word wrapping enabled and you create a diff, the view after the creation doesn't automatically word wrap and doesn't offer any horizontal scroll bars making it impossible to read an entire line if it goes past the right hand side. However, I noticed that if you grab the size handle of the vertical bar between the 2 views and move it, the word wrapping kicks in and works as it should.

Take a look at https://launchpad.net/bugs/72531 for further information if needed. Thank you!

When I try this in Kubuntu 9.10 (Karmic), I see a scrollbar also in the resulting merge pane, however it is still hard to handle, because the two diff views above stay word wrapped, whereas the merge-view is not word wrapped, but when you scroll to the right, also the diff-views move and thus you cannot look at view A and B any more if you need to scroll a lot to the right in the merge-view.

Probably either the merge-view should also use word-wrap, or the view A/B should not move along in this case.
