Hi,
Using recent svn I get the strange results when resizing windows.When making smaller and then bigger, the whole window-border dissapears.

i can reproduce this, as was zack upon updating this week. it's a new problem in kwin, within the last week of changes.

I don't think is kwin I only get that when I use the oxygen style , changing to any other style makes the bug do away for me.
