Description of problem:
When I create a two users with a same UID ( useradd -o ), no one of this users
can log into KDE with his home directory. Log in proceeds with /(root)
directory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a two users with a same uid

#useradd -u 1234 -g 100 user1
#useradd -o -u 1234 -g 100 user2

2. try to logon into KDE from kdm.

3.watch the list of root directories on the desktop
