It would be nice to have an option to print only a range of pages instead of the whole document.
However, the option i miss most from kpdf is the ability to print only odd/even pages.
I'm hope this small feature gets implemented soon in KDE 4.0.x :)

It's there.

We (KDE 4 and all) rely for now on the Qt 4 printing features.
If they are not enough, there's nothing we can do about that, sorry.

Even if we could, new features go only in the next minor release (4.1 currently).
