To reproduce this bug:
1) open konqueror
2) clear everything from the address field
3) start typing (for example type www.kde.org)
then as long as the drop down menu with the possible completions is shown the text cursor is not shown. (this is annoying because you can't easily use the arrow keys to go back and fix typos)

I can still confirm the bug with revision 811411.
