I have created this patch which adds support for the new GPLv3 and LGPLv3 licenses to KAboutData. I also corrected a small typo and changed the full name of LGPL to GNU Lesser General Public License (Library -> Lesser) since it looks like this is the official name. I hope I did everything that is needed. If so I can commit this patch to SVN. Offcourse I will also add the needed text files into kdelibs/licenses

Patch looks IMHO good. I think it's now a good time to commit this since qt-copy has been updated to a 4.4 snapshot, which is now also GPL v3.
