Version:            (using KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

To see the problem, try to customize toolbar, then click on 
ActionList: toolbar_filter_items
entry and observe how [ok], [apply], [cancel] buttons are cut in the half.

This does not happen anymore in KDE4 (and it would be a kdelibs issue anyway).
