this backtrace isn't particularly useful as it has no debugging symbols in it; can you install the debug packages and try again? thanks... The crash does not happen again after I installed the debug packages... Maybe I changed some packages during the installation. The last thing I can provide is I got this message in dmesg when plasma crashed in the last time: plasma[16353]: segfault at 4 ip b7692507 sp bfa55edc error 4 in libX11.so.6.2.0[b7668000+117000] Ah, it crashed again...
