I can't make format toolbar in chat window stay hidden - when I close chat window and reopen it, toolbar is visible again. By protocols unsupporting formating i see about 3mm thin blank toolbar.

I can confirm this bug on 0.50.1 on KDE 4.0.3 (Kubuntu Hardy Beta 1).  Additionally, if I have two tabs open and remove the Format Toolbar from it, switch to the other tab and switch back, the toolbar reappears.
