When minimizing Kopete to tray and restoring it, either by left clicking on the Kopete system tray icon or by right clicking it and selecting "Restore", Kopete appears slightly down and to the right of where it was before minimizing it.
You can repeat this procedure until Kopete reaches the bottom right corner of the desktop :)

This is only indirectly a kopete bug, the displacement seems to occur in KSystemTrayIcon::activateOrHide() or one of the functions used there. The same behaviour happens for example when minimizing/restoring kwalletmanager.

Well, as of KDE 4.0.80 (4.1 beta1), this is fixed (also for the KDE Wallet Manager) so I'm making this bug Resolved.
