whether there was a possibility of the plug-jabber enter commands for moderators  conference and participants - /ban /kick, for change role a user, like pidgin or gajim?

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
